HOLLY

Boot Camp, Yoga, Mommy + Me, Strength + Mobility

I am passionate about helping people build functional strength, move with ease, and live pain-free. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, weightlifting, personal training, sports, and group fitness, I've learned that real fitness isn't just about how you look — it's about how you feel and how well your body supports you through everyday life.

My approach is holistic, focused on longevity, resilience, and empowering you to feel strong from the inside out.

              VICTORIA

I have been a dance fitness instructor since 2019. I fell in love with dance fitness because I saw the way it brought the community together, made people smile and served as a form of therapy and emotional release. I enjoy using diverse genres of music in class. There  is a good balance between fitness elements and dancing. I truly hope you enjoy a class with me as much as I know I will with you :) <3

KAREN

I reached a point in my life where my daughters were getting older, and I realized I couldn't keep up with them - I knew something had to change. I wanted to show them what it means to live a healthy, active lifestyle, and to lead by example.

I've been committed to training and wellness since 2022. I've made incredible progress in my overall health, strength, and skills. I know what it feels like to struggle with weight and fitness, and I hope to be a source of encouragement for anyone feeling stuck. As a counselor who works in public education every day, I've learned how to truly connect with people, and especially teens of all backgrounds. That experience helps me bring patience, understanding, and motivation into every class. My passion for life and excitement for training shine through in everything I do. I love sharing that energy with those around me. Come join in the fun!

Grappling

For as long as I can remember, grappling has been my way of processing the world. Whether life's been heavy or worth celebrating, the mat has always felt like home - where the outside world dissolves and things make sense. It's more than a sport to me; it's been a guide, a pressure valve, and a source of community.

With decades of experience in wrestling, submission grappling, and a career where staying in control - physically and mentally - matters every day, I try to bring a grounded, practical approach to teaching. I focus on principles that hold up under pressure, strategies that grow with skill, and habits that transcend the mat.

RACHAEL

Mitt H.I.I.T, Core, Weightlifting, Personal Training

Weightlifting and martial arts have been a foundational element of my life since childhood, allowing me to thrive, not just survive. The weights have been a magic key that turn hard times into good times and good times into better times.

I love sharing the magic I have found in weights with others of any and all fitness levels and backgrounds. Start where you are with what you have.

My 30+ years experience in weightlifting, and 17 years in personal training has taught me that there is always a way around "limitations" through adaptation and focus. That obstacles are opportunities, set backs often propel us forward, and that our job is to DO WHAT WE CAN WITH WHAT WE'VE GOT

They say "if you want to know where your purpose lies, heal your wounds then teach others."

Martial arts and weight training has been a most powerful healing accessory for me, and I love sharing the high with others and watching their healing, joy and thrive come alive.
