Core is a very gentle yet potent hour of transverse abdominals, pelvic floor, lats, lower erectors, glutes, hamstrings, quads, abductors, and other muscle groups, in a low impact workout. This class focuses on building balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility. We aim for pain alleviation and injury prevention, especially for backs, hips, and knees. All ages welcome to attend ~ will be especially beneficial for older members.
